With Sam, our founder, being the lead content creator, city researcher, and the visionary steering the brand forward, we are seeking an organized, practical, and analytical individual who can act as the catalyst to bring our expansive visions to life.


A Hybrid Job Role:

In this crucial role, you’ll be the linchpin of our operations, bringing together strategic partnerships while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Engage with potential clients, build relationships, and act as a brand ambassador at various events.

  • Operations Lead: Handle logistics, administrative tasks, manage emails, and coordinate meetings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Outreach: Engage with potential clients, introduce them to Compendia, and build lasting relationships.

  • Seamless Coordination: Facilitate collaborations between clients and in-house creatives, orchestrating photo shoots and content creation.

  • Operational Excellence: Efficiently manage administrative tasks.

  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure clients are delighted at every step.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Compendia at various events.


Daily Routine:

Your day starts at 9 AM and wraps up by 1 PM, offering ample freedom to balance life, passions, and work. We're open to alternative schedules but prefer this structure.

Example Tasks Include:

  • Conduct outreach to potential partners and clients.

  • Coordinate logistics for upcoming photo/video shoots.

  • Respond to client inquiries and feedback via email.

  • Manage the calendar, scheduling meetings and events.

  • Attend networking events or gatherings as a Compendia representative.


Compensation & Perks:

  • £12 Per Hour + Commission.
